On the face recently....

On the face this week I've been wearing one newbie and some oldies.  I thought I'd give the low down and share my opinion on them for you.  So here goes...

MAC Mineralised Blush - Warm Soul | LINK
If I got asked the question "What's your favourite MAC blush?" my answer would be Warm Soul. I haven't got this out in a while but I was having a rummage and picked it out. I had been feeling a lacking of colour on my cheeks and this always does the trick. I like using this as a bronzer style blush mainly.  I apply it far back on my cheeks (think tip of eyebrow to ear lope distance)... This for me isn't an apple of the cheeks kind of blush. I also brush the excess powder on my temples.  Hey presto... A warmer face.  It is expensive but it'll last you forever - mine has.

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara | LINK
Like all the other women in Great Britain I headed out and bought my own copy of Elle Magazine as this mascara was with the current issue.  Have I looked at the magazine yet?  Nope...it's all been about the mascara, Natural, full-ish lashes which are separated and lifted.  I really quite like it but I'm not sure I'd buy the full size tube due to the price tag attached to it sadly.  Booooo!!

Clarins Natural Lip Protectors - Apricot Shimmer | LINK
Since I bought this in September last year it has not left my handbag.  Why on earth it took me so long to get on the end of Natural Lip Protector conga line, god knows!!!  But I'm glad I'm on it now because this is lovely.  Glossy without the ickly stickiness, subtle colours and good for your lips.  I'd certainly buy more if it run out.

Estee Lauder DayWear Advanced Multi-Protection Anti-Oxidant Creme | LINK
I got this a while back as a gift with purchase sample and it is one of them samples you wish it could last a little longer.  It does have the longest name ever I think but a part from that, it's a really luscious crème to slap on the face in the mornings.  Even though it is thick in consistency, it is absorbed in no time at all.  It leaves your skin plump, moisturised and generally refreshed.  Bonuses are it smells pretty good and has a SPF 25 too.  Any takers - me!

MAC Eyeshadow Palette - Misc. Colours | LINK
I have so many unloved MAC eyeshadows, I thought it was time to dust them off and give them a hug.  A few years ago I went through a craze of buying a MAC shadow every week it seems.  I have so many and it will take me years to get through them all.  I have some great shades and its a shame to leave them neglected.  Makeup tutorial any one??

So that is what I have been wearing recently.... how about you?  What have you got on your face at the moment?

MAC Lustering Lipstick

Hello red lippy!!

It's Christmas so of course I am breaking out the bold red and pink colour lipsticks,  I've been head over heels for bold mattes recently but I still love my glossy lipsticks.  One of my favourite buys are the Lustre range of lipsticks from MAC.

Lustering is a gorgeous pink with an under tone of a light red shade.  It looks beautiful when applied. One coat gives a sheer look but when layered it can look bolder and more pigmented.  Perfect for this time of the year.

This would be great if you're a first time bold lip wearer.  You can simply adjust the amount of layers you apply to get you're ideal look.  Great stuff!

MAC Lipstick ~ Sweetie

When I first got this lipstick it was one of those shades I wasn't quite keen on and said to myself why did I get you??  My initial thoughts were not positive, I liked it but wish I'd chosen something else instead.  Well times have changed and now this lustre is one of my go to MAC lipsticks.

Swatches and the tube

A plumy raspberry colour Sweetie is not a MAC lipstick you hear about all to often.  I like this personally as it can appear quite bold and I'm not too fond of bright reds, so it's nice to chose something else that I feel makes a big impression.  Sweetie is quite similar to Lustering and Plumful which I picked up a while ago after a Back2MAC session  - click here.  Also in the lipstick there is a very fine mirco-glitter which cathces the light perfectly.

Here are some swatches for you to look at. . .

Considering this was a Back2MAC, I'm pretty impressed with my buy.  I would certainly pay full price for this lipstick.

What is your 'go to' lipstick?  Do you any favourites?

My Top 10 MAC Eyeshadow - Swatches!

Back in April I blessed you all with my Top 10 MAC eyeshadows.  At the time I never did swatches, but after a request to do so -  I have dug out the famous 10 and taken their mug shots for you all to see.

I will say before I start this post properly, this is basically a picture post.  Not very many words as I wrote about the shadows on the initial post here.

All the single pictures are taken with a flash.  But the below group shot is taken in natural and flash photgraphy.  Any-ho here is a group picture to start with.

Top Row: Naked Lunch, Twinks, Silver Ring, Cooperplate and Omega
Bottom Row: All That glitters, Soba, Mystery, Quarry and Vapour

Twinks

Naked Lunch

All That Glitters

Soba

Mystery

Silver Ring

Omega

Quarry

Cooperplate

Vapour

Vapour is the only shadow I took more shots of due to the fact it isn't the easiest to picture as it is quite sheer.

Sorry it's not a very good post when it comes to words :- )  But anyways I hope it helps you if you go to buy MAC shadows.  By the way, what is your Top 10??

CompareTheEyeshadow.Com

Catchy title huh?  So I have three shadows to compare.  I was playing about with them individually the other day then started to think they all looked quite similar.  So I thought I'd share my findings with my lovely followers.

So what had I been playing with you ask?  I was playing with three much loved shadows from Stila, Urban Decay and MAC.  The following picture shows all three together.  The top picture is natural lighting whilst the bottom is with the flash.

Top: Stila; Kitten
Second Row L-R: Urban Decay; Sin and MAC; Naked Lunch

What all three shadows have in common is the colour and finish.  It's almost like they are sisters, obviously part of the same family but have their own unique differences.  In the pans they look very much alike, especially Sin and Naked Lunch.  Kitten is slightly more golden, whereas the bottom two are much more pinky.  When it comes to the swatches you can see their subtle differences.  They are all very shimmery, but the colours vary slightly.  But they still look pretty much the same, the classic champagne-peachy/pink.

L-R ~ MAC; Naked Lunch, Urban Decay; Sin and Stila; Kitten

So a little chit chat about the individual shadow themselves:

Sin
Urban Decays Sin is a firm favourite of mine, I've loved it since day one.  A shimmery shadow that glides on brilliantly.  However frustratingly Urban Decay in the UK I think is a difficult brand to get hold of.  You cannot buy it online from the Urban Decay website, you can only buy from House of Fraser or Debenhams.  Urban Decay used to be available also in Boots but they have pulled out of trading with them which seems a shame.  It's a bit of a step backwards I think.  The shadow costs £14.00, which is the more expensive shadow out of the three.  I would recommend this shadow regardless of the price though.

Naked Lunch
The MAC shadow is probably one of the shadows everyone owns.  But out of the three of them, I'd say Naked Lunch isn't the best of the bunch.  Don't get me wrong it is a good shadow but just is not the greatest.  It isn't as pigmented as the others and is a little more difficult to get a good colour pay off.  It is one of those shadows you need to layer to get the desired look.  However it is still part of my Top 10 MAC shadows which you can see here, so it cannot be all bad.  The shadow cost varies depending if you buy a pot (£12.00) or a pro-pan (£10.00).

Kitten
When ever I think of the Stila brand you automatically think Kitten.  It's their best seller, it's basically the Touche Eclat to YSL comparison. Out of all the shadows, Kitten is probably my favourite.  To get a great pay off with this you need minimum effort, this all over the lid just looks amazing.  It's the perfect summer shadow - it just gives you this wide a wake summer eye.  The shadow is soft and creamy and makes applying eyeshadow easy!  Stila has recently returned to our shores after a little time away and is available online and in Boots.  You can pick this shadow up for £12.00 but the best thing is the pan is slightly larger than the MAC and Urban Decay - so technically you're getting more for your money!

So my verdict - buy the Stila!  The others are good but you're getting more for your pennies!!  Do you have any of these shadows?  If so which is your favourite?  If you don't have any of these, which one do you like and would buy?

Ecotools verses MAC!

When it comes to my newly pruned eyebrows I am showering them with love.  I have always used my beloved MAC 266 to beautify my brows with either MAC's Smut eyeshadow or the HD Brows palette.  It was the only brush I used. . .until now!

Bamboo Angled Eyeliner Brush

Whilst walking around Boots a few weeks ago I was checking out the beauty accessories.  I have never ever used any Ecotools before, but when I noticed how much their angled eyeliner brush resembled the small angled 266 brush I thought I'd pick it up to see.

Main picture: MAC top and Ecotools bottom Inserted picture (L-R): Ecotools and MAC

MAC 266 Small Angle Brush: At a jaw dropping £16.00 it is a great multi purpose brush at a price.  I initially got this for eyeliner.  Unfortunately I found it a little difficult to work with when creating that fine line.  So instead of liner I opted to try it with my brows and haven't looked back.  The bristle are strong and make applying a powder to the brows so easy. The good thing about MAC is the brushes are made to last a life time if treated with TLC.

Ecotools Angled Liner Brush:  If you're all about the environment and saving the coins then this will be the brush for you.  At a sweet £5.49 (from Boots) you save a mighty £10.51 compared to the MAC.  The brush itself is made from synthetic taklon bristles which are 100% cruelty free. The handle and the furrule are also eco-friendly.  There isn't much difference at all when it comes to performance, they both look and feel the same.

I'm always going to love my 266 but if you're just starting out with makeup I recommend the Ecotools simply because of the price.  If your obviously going to train to be a makeup artist then it'd be worth investing in brushes by MAC.  But if you're not a professional it might be worth sticking to high street brands like Ecotools and Real Techniques.

Have you ever tried any of these brushes?

My Top 10 MAC Eyeshadows

Watching beauty videos on YouTube and reading blogs I have seen lots of Top 10 Favourite posts and videos.  Top 10's (5's, 20's, 30's which ever you wish to choose) are always the kind of posts that suck me and make me want to read and watch more.  So perhaps I can suck you in too by showing you my Top 10 MAC eyeshadows.

I found it hard to pick 10, I have quite a big collection of MAC shadows so to narrow it down was difficult.  Some of these don't look like I've used them at all.  The reason is I'm a bit of a: use one for a day and switch to the next colour the next day kind of girl, so I never really stick to using the same colour for very long.  But these colours below are my top 10 loves...

Now I love them all but some are more loved than the others, as you can can see in the photographic evidence provided LOL.  You'll be pleased to know I'm not showing any limited editions or shades which have come in sets. I think that it is not fair to show you shadows which you cannot buy any more.

When I show you the colour names it will be in the order top: left to right and bottom: left to right, just so I don't confuse you all.

Top: Soba & Vapour / Bottom: Mystery & Twinks

Soba (Satin) ~ A recent purchase along with Mystery (see below) the way I like to describe this colour is a dirty sandy brown with the slight gold shimmer flowing through it.  I love using this all over the lid with Mystery in the crease.  I use it to create a natural smokey eye as opposed to a grey smokey eye.
Vapour (Velvet) ~ A gorgeous highlighting shade which is slightly pink/skin toned in colour and it has a lovely violet pearl sheen in it.  Perfect for inner corner, brow highlighting.  I have also used this before over Stilas smudge pot in Kitten which is lovely looking.
Mystery (Satin) ~ A dark muted plum brown which I use in the crease.  I find it works well with Soba.  I sometimes use this on my brows too.
Twinks (Veluxe Pearl) ~ A soft deep plum brown with a pearly shimmer in it.  I found it works well with something like Naked Lunch or All That Glitters.

Top: Quarry & Omega / Bottom: All That Glitters & Naked Lunch

Quarry (Matte) ~ This soft muted plum brown is a shadow which I used quite a lot in 2011.  Mainly for crease shading or an all over lid colour if I fancy a smokey plum-brown eye. This is probably in the top 5 shadows as I love it that much.
Omega (Matte) ~ A popular one for eye brows, this beige taupe is another crease or all over the eye lid colour for me. I love using this on my bottom lash line to create a soft smokey eye.  I tend to use this with Quarry a lot.  You can see here a look I have created before if you are interested.
All That Glitters (Veluxe Pearl) ~ My much loved ATG shadow is a pretty champagne/beige colour with a golden pearl that runs through it.  Pretty similar to Stilas Kitten and Urban Decays Sin, so if you have those I wouldn't worry about getting this.  But I would definitely recommend you swatch this on your next visit to a MAC counter.
Naked Lunch (Frost) ~ Not too different to ATG's above, except this is more pinky - skin toned  I love using this over the lid and combining this with Twinks (see above) in the crease.  My love for this is still going strong as I actually used this for my wedding makeup in 2010.

Left side colours are same as above
Top Right: Copperplate / Bottom Right: Silver Ring

Copperplate (Matte2) ~ If you want a one colour smokey day time eye look then I would pick Copperplate.  It's a mid-tone grey which will suit anyone.  As it is a matte it is so easy just to apply all over the lid and the job is done.  I usually will blend the crease with a colour like Cork.
Silver Ring (Veluxe Pearl) ~ Now if you're after a night time smokey eye look then I'd use this.  It is so soft and easy to work with.  It's a lovely medium shade grey with a silver sheen.  As it does have a sheen in it, I find it quite reflective of any light that hits it.  I think that's a good thing as it is a dark colour . . . it doesn't come across too dark and overpowering on the eyes.

So there we go, there are my favourites.  I hope you enjoyed.  Perhaps you could do a post and show me your Top 10's!

It's Back to MAC time!

If you saw my latest YouTube video you'd know that I recently done a bit of recycling.  Nothing is quite satisfying than doing a bit of Back To MAC.  The scheme where you return six empties in exchange for a brand spanking new lipstick *smile*.  I did my last Back To MAC some time ago and I've been collecting my empties since then.  I did some depotting last week, so finally had enough containers for two Back To MAC lipsticks. YAY!!!!!

So me and the hubby made a day of it and trekked to Harrods, as we were having afternoon tea as part of  a Christmas present.  It was good timing to do my Back To MAC.  So here's what I got....

(L-R) Plumful and Lustering

Two random lipsticks which you have probably never heard of! Yes.  Not your normal, Snob, Angel, Crème De Nude but Lustering and Plumful.  Both lustres and both lovely.
Plumful, Lustering and Sweetie

Plumful is very similar to a colour I already own called Sweetie which is a lustre finish also.  I have a review here which has completely changed since I wrote it, as Sweetie is now one of my favourites.  Funny how your opinions can change.  The easiest way to describe this colour is berry, plum colour which is slightly vampy.

Lustering is on the red side.  I love lips with a hint of red so I'm hoping this will look fabulous but not too over the top as it is a lustre finish.  The above picture (in the flash part), it looks cutie corally.  Or is that my eyes...LOL!

Swatch time with a flash...

They all look similar, you'd think they were all the same.  Plumful is obviously slightly darker and more pigmented.  Layering the colours when applying will make the colour pop more.  Don't they look beautiful????

Have you done any Back To MAC recently or just bought any MAC lipsticks??

I heart shopping!

I really like a good shopping trip so yesterday my Hubby and I popped to Lakeside our local mall /shopping centre to browse the latest offerings. We had a little trip to IKEA as we’re looking to decorate our living room soon-ish. We also popped to a few shops and picked up so crazy bargains. We had Wagamama’s, an early celebration lunch/dinner of our one month anniversary on Monday. I seriously cannot believe we’ve been married a month already...utter madness. Anyway back to the haulage and bargains.

I needed to purchase a few bits and bobs from Boots. So I picked up this little lot...

Pantene Pro-V Shampoo & conditioner, Batiste Dry Shampoo in Diva, Model Own Polish in Purple Ash, No7 Eye Shadow Brush & 17 Mirror Shine lipstick in Beehive

With all this in my basket I headed to those self service tills. I scanned all my goodies and paid, then whilst waiting for my receipt out popped afterwards a voucher for £5 off my next purchases of No7 and Ruby & Millie items. Doh Doh and Doh! So the bargain shopper in me went to the No7 counter lady and pleaded with puppy dog eyes ‘I literally just bought this eye shadow brush by No7, can I refund it and buy it again with the £5 off....pleaseeeee??’ She said yes with a little grumpy face... :-) The No7 brush costs £6.50 and the voucher gives you £5 off, a makeup brush for £1.50.....who is crazy enough to let that go? Not me!

So introducing my bargain £1.50 No7 Eye Shadow Blend and Contour brush....

I’ve been wanting to get another MAC 217 brush which costs about £16, this brush is a complete dup. (Duplicate) and it’s short handled which I love. You can see in the pictures I’ve got a MAC 217 next to the No7 one....not much difference is there??

I also picked up one polish from Models Own new collection The Car Keys. The other colours didn’t wow me, but I’ve been after a nice purple for a while. So why not spoil myself! Just two coats and this looks perfect! See!

I’m currently loving nude lips right now. I love MAC’s Hue which I using at a rate of knots, so I’ve been on the cheaper alternative route. So strolling through the makeup aisles Boots 17 Mirror Shine Lipstick in Beehive called my name and asked to be bought. Lol not really, I’m not hearing voices! This was about £4.99 when MAC lipsticks are about £12. So creamy and glossy, I love this!

Finally Vaseline’s new Coca Butter Petroleum Jelly, definitely recommend you give this a sniff. It smells yummy! Vaseline is so versatile and we all need added moisturiser in the colder months. Buy buy buy I say!

This was a great haul for me, Boots always do offers like buy 3 get cheapest for free! I didn’t have to pay for Batiste Dry Shampoo, it costs £2.30 but both the Pantene’s cost £3.99....so I got it for free! I love these kinds of shopping trips.

Also picked up some winter knee boots from Next, which were £60...but because I had gift cards and returns to make, so I only had to pay £11!!! Whoop whoop!  Also picked up a top and cardigan from Primark, which was paid for by my lovely Hubby! Ahhh !!  I'm a lucky girl.

So have you picked up any goodies lately!

MAC Lipstick Collection

This isn’t a bragging post but I have a pretty alright lipstick collection. Lots of drug store lipsticks and a few higher end brands.  I do however have a nice collection of MAC lipsticks. Is 9 lipsticks a collection??

Anyway I thought I'd do a mini review or give my personal thoughts about these glossy babes.  Do you want to meet the gang???

Back row: Cute-ster, Angel, Sweetie, Speed Dial
Front row: Pretty please, Snob, Hue, Politely Pink
Far right: Plink
(Picture with flash)

They are all the in the permanent line lipstick collection, with the exception of one. Let me introduce you closer up to who they are...

Sorry for the dodgy photo, only way to fit them all in :- ) Taken with flash.

So here's my thoughts:

Hue (Glaze)
This is my most recent MAC lipstick purchase. I was torn between MAC’s Hue and Crème de Nude and this was the winner. Which I’m really glad about. I probably used this every day and it's on the top spot with my Plink lipstick.  It's always in my handbag.  When this runs out, I am so repurchasing!  A prefect not in your face nude, exactly what I wanted.  It looks glossy too as it's a Glaze finish.

Speed Dial (Creamsheen)
A gorgeous hot pink notice me lipstick.  If you love a hot pink, I completely recommend you check this out.  It's a creamy lipstick that glides on smooth.  A raspberry colour which has a very very fine, almost unnoticeable shimmer in it.  It's a bit bright for work or school etc, but prefect for a night out on the town with friends.

Pretty please (Lustre)
I’ve never been too sure with this, its nice and gives you a wet lustre lipstick look. It looks like a white pinky pearl colour (if that makes sense).  It's a strange colour to swatch, as it doesn't really show in pictures unless you have flash or bright sunlight.  It might be a better lip combo lipstick, a bit of Snob and this over the top?? Dunno really, but this is not one of those statement lipsticks.  But worth a look, if you want to create a quite natural look though.

Politely pink (Lustre)
This is very similar to Plink, so similar it's quite hard to tell them a part sometimes.  Politely has a more a beigey pink tone where Plink is more coral pink.  Polietly is more pearly looking though, compared to Plink.  So it looks more shiny.  A beautiful soft pink, prefect for everyday looks.

Sweetie (Lustre)
I remember getting this, me and my Hubby2b were at MAC in Convent Garden and he said to me 'do you want something'.  Me Miss panic grabbed the first lipstick that looked ‘good’.  I regret it now, as MAC do so many wonderful lipsticks and this one is just doesn't quite do it for me.  It's a nice colour; a raspberry red wine colour, but on my lips it doesn't look right.  I don't know if thats because it's a Lustre, if it was a Satin it might be better.  Who knows, but once I've used this I probably won't repurchase.  The colour pay off isn't worth the price.

Snob (Satin)
I was typical follow the crowd with this and bought from online without swatching.  I initially hated this. But now I actually like it. I like to wear this by applying a gloss to my lips first then adding this on top.  I do that because, i find if i apply this to my lips on it's own it can look a bit full on.  It has a blue/purple undertone which looks nice but less is definately more.

Angel (Frost)
I’ve only used this a few times. I’d heard tonnes about this lipstick being the bees knees, so I had high expectation that it’d be ‘wonderful’. I have never really seen it’s full potential.  So it's been in my makeup draw for months gathering dust.  But getting it out of the draw for todays post has made me have a little play about with it.  It's not so bad after all.  Like the Snob lipstick, less is definiatelty more.  You can't cake this on, unless you're trying to look like Barbie!

Plink (Lustre)
This was the first ever MAC lipstick I bought (well it was a Back2MAC actually). This is my holy grail, love of my life pinkie natural lipstick. As you can see I’ve used and abused it. When I do a Back2MAC soon, I’ll be repurchasing this as I looveeeee it!!!!

Cute-star (Lustre) *L/E Hello Kitty collection*
Limited edition pink/coral coloured lustre with a Hello Kitty on it, need I say more?  This gives you a wet looking lip.  The consistancy is very wet and soft, so it has broken in half in the container ....boooo!  It has a coral coloured fine glitter/shimmer in it, so it is very reflective.  Sadly it was L/E so there is no more once it's all gone :- (

I recently noticed on Milly’s Pearls and Poodles page that she did a Back2MAC. I’d been told at a MAC counter ages ago that Back2MAC had been stopped in the UK. So happy days it hasn’t, because i’ve got tonnes of depotted eye shadows and blusher containers.  If you don't know what Back2MAC is, you collect 6 empty MAC containers (eyeshadows, blusher, paint pot, brush cleanser, fixed +....you name it) return it to a MAC counter and tell them you want to do Back2MAC.  You then exchange the empties for either a lipstick or lipgloss.  A very rewarding way to recycle indeed!!!

Do you have favourite MAC lipstick?  Or another brand lipstick?  When I do my Back2MAC, what do you recommend to have a peek at???

Bye for now blogger friends,

I need a pick me up....

Boy, I am so thankful that Monday is finally over,  I had the journey from hell yesterday morning on the underground. And  I ended up having to get the river boat to work, travelling in style...  after all that ...I got into work 1hr 15 minutes late.  Bad huh???  To top it off after that I had a banging head ache all day after that.  Great...I love being me!

So on the way home I popped into MAC thinking I completely and definitely required so what of a cheer up.  Only fair I think.  I only purchased one thing.

Hue Glaze Lipstick

I am currently going through a nude phase as I did think about getting Crème de Nude, but wasn’t too sure.  I also looked at the new collection and it’s Stereo Rose Mineral blush.  Sadly Stereo Rose was all sold out. Bad times.

Want to see a dodgy lip swatch??? Pucker up Angela

I’m liking the colour, cross between a nude, coral, light pink I think.  I might be wrong!!  Consistence is strange but nice.  I’ve never had a ‘Glaze’ lipstick before. I’m usually a Lustre kind-a-girl.

Have you ever tried this lipstick?  Are there any other nude lipstick worth trying???

Happy Monday!!!!

Hey everyone,  Happy Monday!!!! Hope you all had a great weekend...roll on the next one I say :- )

Anyways, I should have posted this on Sunday - but I was detained else where (I was out sun bathing in my garden, can you blame me).  This is a look I did Sunday morning,  nothing too exciting, but thought I’d share it with you all as I like it....

You like...?  It's a kind of natural looking face and nude lips with a gold/bronze lid with dark crease shading.

It's been a while since I've done a look like this, I'm usually a one shade all over the lid kind a girl.
Products I used are a range of drugstore/high street brands as well as some MAC products....

Randomly I forgot to use the number 3 in the pic above, don't worry i'm not crazy...yet!

1 Primark Bloominous Liquid Bronzer/illuminator

2 Revlon Photo Ready Foundation (shade 003 Shell)

4Collection 2000 Naturally Radiant Foundation (shade 02 Ivory)

5 Maybelline Stilleto Voluptuous Mascara

6 Benefit Powder flage

7 Revlon Peach Petal lip gloss

8 Dior Nior Trindad Water proof eye liner

9 Mac Feline (Ltd Edition) eye liner

10 NYX Milk Jumbo Eye Pencil

11 Collection 2000 Lasting perfection concealer (shade 2)

12 Mac Painterly Paint pot

13 Mac Mineralised Skin Finish Natural (light medium)
Mac Mineralised Skin Finish( Perfect Topping Ltd edition)
14
15Top Shop Makeup Neon Rose Cream Blush

.....and for shadows see below

Yes they look an odd bunch of eyeshadows, but together they look great. Click picture for names.

Close up of the eyes for you to see in more detail...

 Pretty !!!!!
It’s a very simple look to achieve,  what I did was put the MAC Painterly P.P. on the lid up to the brow bone  and blended with my finger.  Then I put Milk NYX J.E.P. on the lid and blended with my finger.  Then all over the lid I placed NYX Peach eye shadow.  Then with a stiff dome brush I took MAC Copperplate and placed this in the outer corner of the lid and lightly brought it into the crease (approx to the centre not all the way across). Then I mixed MAC’s Blanc Type and Grain for brow highlight.  I brought this down lightly into the crease so it blended Copperplate out ever so slightly.  To finish the shadows place a tiny amount of Grain into the inner corner of the eye.  Line the top  lid with MAC’s Feline liner and then rim the top water line with the Dior Water Proof liner.  And then to finish just add mascara.

For the rest of the face I mixed both the Revlon and Collection 2000 foundations and also added Primark Bloomious liquid bronzer. Concealed my dark circles and discolorations.  Applied my cream blush in Neon Rose.  Put the Powder Flage over the concealer.  And dusted a light coating of Mineralise skin finish Natural by MAC all over the face.  Finished of by highlighting with MAC’s Mineralised Skin Finish in Perfect Topping.

Revlon Peach Petal lip gloss.
To finish off apply

Tad da .....

Ready for some goofy pictures....

So what do you think?  Is this look yay or nay?  Would love to know you feed back :- )
